Returns

All artworks are made to order and are inherently unique due the nature of the material and its fabrication thus the studio is unable to accept returns on any purchases.

If your parcel is damaged on delivery, please do not accept the package and contact the studio straight away. Alternatively please photograph the packaging and damaged object and email the images to the studio.

Variations

Due to innate variations in natural materials, Landrum cannot guarantee exact consistency of artworks across different orders and time periods. If a collector wishes to install multiples within the same space, Landrum recommends they be purchased at the same time to ensure as much continuity as possible. All colorways are subject to discontinuation with notice.

Special Projects/Commissions

Landrum’s curious creativity, penchant for problem solving, and her enthusiastically collaborative spirit make her easy to work with on special projects and ideas. Please contact the studio for any requests and questions.

Commercial Spaces

Though the Embroidered Series utilizes UL certified components, the artwork itself is not UL certified. For intendended installation in commercial settings, UL certification is available upon request at the collectors expense. Please contact the studio for more information.

Sustainability

Landrum is committed to ecologically responsible production of her work across all studio practices. In addition to sourcing sustainable materials, Landrum makes every effort to minimize scrap offcuts, has developed a waste free assembly, and ships using only recycled and recyclable packaging materials. After instillation of your artwork, please reuse, recycle, or compost all packaging materials.
